I can rely on over 20 years of practice as Facilitator in the non-profit sector as well as profits, political and social organizations and networks in Germany and worldwide. Starting from being a large-scale facilitator I am highly experienced in open processes like Open Space, Future Search and World Café. And of course, I work with groups in any size. Since some years I practice the Liberating Structures with growing interest. I founded the Facilitation Academy Berlin and I host the "Berlin Facilitator's Meetup" and Facilitation Week since 2016. It is a great pleasure for me to assist people in developing the "facilitative way". And this is so much more than just working with groups ;-) As a dance therapist I seek to integrate the body in my works and training more and more. Recently I am proud to be asked to facilitate stakeholder-engagement processes and dialogues in the field of international carbon market initiatives, conferences and workshops. I am chair of the german chapter and with our team I wish we can make the german community bigger and bigger.
