I am a facilitator, trainer and business coach having 16 years of experience in facilitation and training.I work with the strategically most important companies in Hungary where I am directly asked by Top managers to facilitate Strategic workshops, International events not only in Hungary but also in Germany or in Italy. I am also asked to hold presentations on different conferences in topics training and development, workshop facilitation.Having plenty of experiences by delivering soft-skills trainings such as communication skills, virtual and face-to-face meetings, intercultural, presentation skills, time, conflict, change – and project management helped a lot for me to became a very experienced facilitator. In the last 2 years I had spent 80% of my time by facilitating international workshops: Transition workshops, Talent management-Career workshops, Intercultural workshops, Leadership Feedback (360o) Strategic workshops, Cooperation workshops and Team development workshops.Having 10 years business experience in an intercultural environment, I combine my analytical skills, out of the box thinking, very precise and structured ways of working with my empathy and care towards people during my workshop facilitations.
