Peter Seah is a CPF and Certified™ Assessor. He specializes in co-initiating and co-creating with organizations in navigating their renewal journey through the practices of the artistic process, Theory U, learning organization, and adaptive action. Through system-thinking, team conversation and coaching, he has worked leaders and their teams to interpret and reframe the collaborative framework to achieve generative conversation and behavior shifts.
Currently, he is the President IAF Singapore Chapter and also Board Member of Singapore Society of Organisation Learning. He is also active in volunteering his facilitation practices for non-profit organizations and social inclusion projects.
