Pamela is a dynamic facilitator with a reputation for asking challenging questions that can lead to fresh insights and alignment of thinking. Processes are designed to leverage the power of provocative conversations with the rigour of planning to give groups and organizations the confidence to act. Pamela holds a Master of Science in Planning from the University of Guelph and certification from the Human Systems Dynamics Institute. She has additional training in facilitation, stakeholder engagement, participatory inquiry, coaching, leadership development, negotiation and conflict resolution. After establishing Veradus Consulting in 2002, Pamela has evolved a diverse client base that includes local, regional, national and international nonprofit agencies, associations, partnerships and public-sector organizations.
