My favourite question is, ’what would you do if you weren’t afraid?’ I believes that much of what frustrates personal and organisational development is a ‘failure of nerve’ - the courage to act with genuine conviction. I work with dedication and fun to facilitate oranisations and people to think and act with confidence. An IAF Certified Professional Facilitator© (CPF©) and an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), I have worked with a wide range of companies and organisations worldwide and at all levels of management in the areas of leadership/management development, team development, facilitation skills training, performance coaching, strategic planning and meeting facilitation. I has been consulting and facilitating for over 20 years, working with individuals, teams and whole organisations in delivering organisation development, facilitation and training. I gained my Bachelors degree in Economics and Psychology and later graduated with a Masters Degree (distinction) in Applied Psychology as well as completing the Organisations and Systems Development Programme delivered by the Gestalt Institute, Cleveland.
