Empowering Employees

As employees gain greater empowerment over how their work tasks are performed, their levels of self-efficacy increase because they decide the best way to value-add. Employees are likely to be cognitively more active and are more likely to modify their own behaviors and attitudes toward the stakeholders in order to reach both personal and organizational goals.
