This publication provides a metapraxis (specific insight) into the nature of facilitative interventions, based on the work of Will McWhinney and others. It presents a model ("map"), which can be used to assess a situation, the problem at hand, the group and the resources, for the purpose of finding a fitting method or tool to resolve the situation.
