The Nature of the Lived Experience of Co-facilitation: A phenomenological approach

This unpublished PhD thesis was a far reaching exploration of the experience of co-facilitation. It asked the questions: what does ‘co-facilitation’ really mean? What is the nature of the co-facilitation ‘experience’? What makes co-facilitation ‘successful’? What might I, my co-facilitator and other co-facilitators do to make the co-facilitation experience successful?
