This Participant’s Guide is intended to be used alongside the book, “Meetings That Get Results.” Both the book and this workbook support our curriculum and training programs designed to improve leadership, facilitation, and meeting design skills. The curriculum focuses on the skills required when leading groups to consensus. It includes a strong emphasis on servant leadership, planning sessions of all types, decision-making and prioritization, and creative problem-solving.
